Cancellation Policy
Contact Miraas quickly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether it can still be stopped before dispatch.
Requesting a cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact Miraas as soon as possible and include the email used for checkout. We can review cancellation requests while an order is still being prepared, but cannot guarantee cancellation once it has been packed or handed to the courier.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us for help; any exchange or other remedy will be handled under the Exchange & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
Payment and refunds
If a cancellation is accepted for an order paid online, any refund due will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Cash-on-delivery orders are not charged online at checkout; the ₹99 COD shipping fee is part of the amount due on delivery.
