Miraas uses the information needed to take and fulfil your order, provide order updates, and support you.
Information used for an order
When you place an order, Miraas uses the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, and order/payment status, to take and fulfil the order, send updates, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
Payments and service providers
Online payments are handled through Razorpay. Miraas receives payment status and transaction references needed to manage the order; payment credentials are entered in Razorpay checkout. The site is hosted on Vercel, and order information is stored with our database provider, Supabase. Resend is used to send order emails. These providers process information to provide their services.
Browser storage
The storefront uses browser storage to keep your shopping bag and checkout session working. You can clear this data in your browser, though doing so may remove items saved in your bag.
Access, correction, and questions
Contact Miraas if you need help correcting information associated with an order or have a privacy question. We retain order information as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes.
