Shipping & Delivery
Here is how Miraas shipping charges, delivery estimates, and order tracking work.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 3–4 days in Kashmir and 6–7 days elsewhere in India. These are estimates from order processing and can change due to courier service, weather, remote-area delivery, or other delays. If a delay becomes known to us, we will update you.
Shipping charges
Online payment orders ship free. Cash-on-delivery orders have a flat ₹99 shipping fee, shown in the checkout total before you place the order.
Order updates and tracking
We send order updates to the email address entered at checkout. Use the private tracking link in the confirmation page or email to view the current order status. Courier tracking details appear when Miraas adds them to the order.
Delivery address
Please check your phone number, PIN code, and full delivery address before placing the order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee an address change after the parcel has been dispatched.
